It's that time again! Along with our first anniversary as the New Centurions, we have a large number of promotions to announce. Some clans don't use ranks but we historically have done so as it is the only tangible way of recognizing service and loyalty to the community. Not every member receives a promotion every quarter but that is obvious. If that were the case, they would lose their meaning at all.
